Text aids low-cost communications

Aeromark, a supplier of mobile workforce management systems and vehicle tracking equipment, has introduced a new upgrade to its real-time fleet visibility product Aerotrack. The new system, call Track-Talk-Text provides a permanent audit trail of all communications, using the simplicity of text.
It comes free with the entry-level Aerotrack fleet management system to put drivers and fleet operators in touch through text, and log all communications as part of the company's quality control procedures.
Talk-Track-Text adds the facility, at no additional cost, to contact drivers through a mobile phone and keep a permanent log of all text messages exchanged.
